Terrible service from Mr. Olmos, today I showed up to resolve a question about the guarantee of a service performed in this branch and the very despotic man limited himself to saying that my vehicle has no guarantee, without reviewing the system or leaving I expressed my issue to him, his words were "if the clutch has already been changed here, it doesn't even have a guarantee." Which I think is quite the opposite since the work was done at this agency. I don't know what his intention was when he told me every doubt has a cost, the truth is that it makes me very angry since the only thing I wanted was to resolve a doubt regarding my car service. The only thing I told him was that later I would return to talk to the manager and he mockingly told me "LUCK".
I put my truck under warranty and they denied it, arguing that the problem was something else. Later the problem got worse and when they finally got around to doing a correct analysis, they realized that it was a problem with the gearbox. It took them 6 weeks to deliver my truck. Terrible service from Oscar Olmos.
